Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue Taylor is an American actor and producer who is best famous for the roles she was in Ray Undercover Brother, The Mentalist as well as the TV series The Mentalist. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American Studies at Brown University as well as a Masters in Fine Arts in acting from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. In 1995 she appeared in her first performance as Ariel in The Tempest as Ariel. Her credits on stage include the Broadway production of Joe Turner's Come and Gone A Winter's Tale Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis. Film-wise she is most famous for roles such as Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express or The Help. Her most well-known role is her work on ABC's crime-drama High Incident.
